The Department of Space and Aeronautics, University of Science and Technology of Hanoi wishes to notify and invite you to the seminar given by Prof.  Daniel Rouan (Director of Research Emeritus CNRS at LESIA, Observatoire de Paris) which will be held at  17h30, on Thursday, December 05th, 2019.

Some galaxies harbour at their very center an extremely compact and energetic region, emitting at all wavelengths a huge power, and called Active Galactic Nucleus (AGN).I will first describe the most accepted model for this region and will present a set of results on one archetype of AGN, NGC1068, obtained thanks to near-infrared images with extremely fine details that give some hints on the complex structure of those regions.
